SERVICE TECHNICIAN/MAINTENANCE
• Performs all electrical tasks to code, with minimal supervision;
• Commercial, industrial or residential experience;
• Can work with customers and responds promptly to customer needs;
• Works as part of a crew and may act as a lead person for a crew;
• Can direct less experienced apprentices or helpers;
• Ability to identify problems, analyze and troubleshoot, plan alternate solutions, implement and repair, and evaluate to insure irreversible corrective action was performed efficiently and in a timely fashion;
• Able to read blue prints, specifications and as built requirements;
• Practices safe operating practices including: Hazmat, Lockout/Tagout and company safety policy;
• Must have hand tools;
•2 + years experience as electrical technician, electrical service or journeyman;
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills;
• Must have good driving to be insurable;
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness;
• Good attendance is critical.

JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
•Experienced with installation of buss feeders, wire and conduit, switch gear and termination, underground and rough-in, layout (a plus);
•Commercial, Industrial or Residential experience;
•Works as part of a crew and may act as a lead person for a crew;
•Can direct less experienced apprentices or helpers;
•Ability to identify problems, analyze and troubleshoot, plan alternate solutions, implement and repair, and evaluate to insure irreversible corrective action was performed;
•Practices safe operating practices including: Hazmat, Lockout/Tagout and company safety policy;
•Must have hand tools;
•Must have excellent written and verbal skills;
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.

JOURNEYMAN FOREMEN
•Excellent understanding of electrical field and can direct electricians in all aspects of electrical construction, with minimal supervision;
•Reliable and dedicated
•Commercial, industrial or residential experience;
•Can work with customers, architects, engineers, inspectors, general contractors and other trade representatives;
•Able to interact with estimators, project managers, field support team and management to see jobs to completion;
•Able to read and comprehend blue prints, details, submittals and specifications books and as built requirements;
•Ability to identify problems, analyze and troubleshoot, plan alternate solutions, implement and repair, and evaluate to insure irreversible corrective action was performed efficiently and in a timely fashion;
•Duties to include ordering of daily materials, management of manpower and equipment for projects, and coordination with others to get the job complete;
•Practices safe operating practices including: Hazmat, Lockout/Tagout and company safety policy;
•Must have hand tools;
•Must have excellent written and verbal skills;
•Must have good driving to be insurable;
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness;
•Good attendance is critical.

APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN/HELPERS
•Looking for persons interested in the electrical trade;
•Have worked as either an apprentice or helper;
•Practices safe operating practices including: Hazmat, Lockout/Tagout and company safety policy;
•Must have hand tools;
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
LIGHTING AND SIGNAGE TECHNICIANS
•Knowledge and experience in lighting retrofit, lighting and sign maintenance;
•Ladder and lift experience, a plus.
•Practices safe operating practices including: Hazmat, Lockout/Tagout and company safety policy;
•Must have hand tools;
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
