For temporary labor placements, ARS will find employees and cover all employer share of taxes and employee liability insurance with or without worker's compensation.90 day temporary to permanent hire with NO additional transfer costs.ARS will disclose employee pay history to the client if the employee is hired on directly to client company.ARS will submit employee profile and qualification packets to client.ARS will perform background checks with drug, security and DMV reports at client's request, additional fee.

There are no fees for setting up an account with ARS. Setting up an account is as easy as filling out our ACCOUNT APPLICATION and submitting via fax or mail.
